For his Spring/Summer 2012 collection at Paris Couture Fashion Week, Georges Hobeika seems to pride himself on the very same concepts in a unique and intriguing way. He melded fabrics like organza with unique folds and embroidery patterns on the bust. Colors were warm and spring/summer with peach, yellow, and light green shades. Shoulders were padded at times but overall silhouettes, especially bottoms were flowy and feminine. Cuts were fairly modest but uniquely beautiful. Ruching was key at times, and a few dresses were sculpted. A job well done for Hobeika, who proved again why he excels in couture.
